We provide the means, to engage education communities globally in discussion and debate of key education issues and challenges, and to stimulate action to help accelerate significant educational change. The means includes the human and technology supported network, and the interest and energy involved in convening the human network, and expertise in moulding technologies and tools into supportive technology platforms. We aim to increase mutual understanding and to enable greater collaboration among teachers, learners and policy-makers
